  • Bring in your own bike - its a workout you'll never forget, on a bike you already know! Road bikes with slick (not knobby) tires are highly recommended for these classes.  No bike with knobby tires will be permitted.  Please bring water.  Clipless pedals and heart rate monitor are highly reccomended.
  • Workouts will be structured with an emphasis on building real technique and developing race-performance fitness.
  • Classes are similar to Spinning® but have a larger emphasis on real technical aspects and are generally more demanding.
  • Space is limited, so save your spot in the class by calling into the gym within 24 hours before the class - 856-429-0128. Members are given priority in event of filled classes.
  • Right now we have about ten stationary trainers (Kurt Kinetic Road Machine models) that are open to your use, though you are also encouraged to bring your own preferred trainer or rollers because space is limited.
